...some paperclips I bought at Pier 1 when I worked there in college years ago... These little guys were hidden in the back of my desk drawer, and I was so glad to find them this week. I used to love using them as bookmarks. 
Here's another bookmark I use quite a bit--I love the friendly green that pokes out between the pages.

I love that green butterfly! Very cool. I got those same paper clips from you once upon a time. I have them at school...they are so fun. I just gave one to Karly the other day and she thought it was the coolest thing ever! I hope all is well.
oh what pretty bookmarks! i love bookmarks but i find i use them so rarely. i guess i'm not a very "gentle" book reader/carrier as bookmarks that jut out from the book either get damaged or damage the book itself. so i always end up using candy wrappers or empty tea bag packages...
